LONDON, June 18, 2026 – Caltta successfully concluded its participation at Critical Communications World 2026, held from June 16 to 18 at ExCeL London, where the company showcased its latest innovations in MCX, eChat Push-to-Talk over Cellular, DMR, emergency communications, and unified device management.

Throughout the three-day event, Caltta engaged with customers, partners, system integrators, and industry professionals from across Europe and beyond, demonstrating its continued investment in open, standards-based critical communications and practical emergency response solutions.

A major highlight of Caltta’s showcase was the launch of UniMDM, a strategic unified device management solution designed to manage MCX, eChat, and DMR devices through one integrated suite. As organizations increasingly operate mixed fleets across broadband, narrowband, and converged communication environments, UniMDM enables more efficient device provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management from a centralized platform.

The launch of UniMDM reflects Caltta’s commitment to supporting users in their transition toward more converged and manageable communication ecosystems. By bringing different device categories under one unified management framework, UniMDM helps reduce operational complexity and improve service efficiency for users in public safety, utilities, transportation, security, hospitality, and other professional sectors.

Caltta also introduced SmartLink 300, a new addition to its SmartLink ad-hoc communication series and one of the key product launches at CCW 2026. Designed as a DMR airborne ad-hoc base station, the SmartLink 300 delivers high-altitude coverage with an operational range of up to 30KM, enabling mission-critical on-site voice communications in challenging environments. Its decentralized, self-organizing, multi-hop architecture supports voice, SMS, and positioning services, making it suitable for drone-assisted emergency communications, disaster response, firefighting support, and operations in infrastructure-limited environments.

Together with existing solutions such as SmartLink 600 Portable Ad-Hoc Repeater, the launch of SmartLink 300 further expands Caltta’s SmartLink portfolio. The SmartLink series is now being fully introduced to the European market, offering users a flexible set of ad-hoc DMR communication tools for rapid deployment, field coverage extension, and resilient communications when fixed infrastructure is unavailable or disrupted, The expanded SmartLink portfolio can extend communication coverage up to 50KM, supporting reliable connectivity in critical operational scenarios.

Caltta’s emergency response showcase also featured its SmartLink and sMesh systems, integrated with purpose-built terminal devices. The solutions demonstrated how narrowband DMR ad-hoc networks and broadband mesh systems can be deployed quickly in high-risk environments, including firefighting, disaster relief, remote operations, and emergency field command. Caltta’s emergency communication solutions have already achieved large-scale sales in the utility sector in Turkey, further validating their operational value in demanding real-world scenarios.

In parallel, Caltta presented its comprehensive DMR and eChat portfolio, covering DMR Tier I, Tier II, Tier III, and public-network Push-to-Talk solutions. This full-stack capability has supported Caltta’s partners in the UK and Europe in expanding into multiple vertical sectors, including public security, transportation, mega events, utilities, and hospitality. The portfolio underscores Caltta’s ability to serve customers at different stages of communication modernization, from conventional DMR operations to broadband PoC and converged critical communication environments.

Another important focus at CCW 2026 was Caltta’s continued investment in Mission Critical Services (MCX). Building on its recent showcase of an end-to-end MCX portfolio, including MCX Server, MCX Client, and MCX-enabled terminals, Caltta emphasized its strategy of supporting the evolution from narrowband to broadband critical communications through open, standards-based innovation. The company particpated the 10th MCX Plugtests over 3GPP radio equipment earlier this year, reinforcing its commitment to interoperability, ecosystem collaboration, and alignment with global mission-critical communication standards.

During the second day of the exhibition, Caltta signed an agreement with its UK distributor Justcom Distribution, officially authorizing Justcom as Caltta’s UK & Ireland Service Center. The signing was conducted on site by Zhu Fan, Marketing Director of Caltta, and Andrew, Director of Justcom Distribution. The new service center arrangement will further strengthen Caltta’s after-sales capabilities in the region, enabling faster local support, improved service responsiveness, and a better customer experience throughout the product lifecycle. It also reflects Caltta’s commitment to helping users buy with confidence and operate with peace of mind.

“CCW 2026 has been an important platform for Caltta to demonstrate not only our product innovation, but also our long-term commitment to the European critical communications market,” said Zhu Fan, Marketing Director of Caltta. “With the launch of UniMDM and SmartLink 300, the full introduction of the SmartLink series to Europe, and our continued investment in MCX interoperability, Caltta is helping customers build more resilient, manageable, and future-ready communication systems.”

“Justcom is pleased to deepen our cooperation with Caltta and take on the role of regional Service Center,” said Andrew, Director of Justcom Distribution. “This will allow us to provide faster, more professional, and more accessible support to customers across the region, strengthening confidence in Caltta solutions and improving the overall user experience.”

As CCW 2026 came to a close, Caltta reaffirmed its commitment to delivering reliable, standards-based, and scenario-driven communication solutions for global users. Through continued innovation in MCX, eChat, DMR, emergency communications, and unified device management, Caltta is well positioned to support the evolving needs of mission-critical and business-critical users across Europe and worldwide.
