[Brazil–28 Jan 2026] Inrico, a global leader in professional push-to-talk (PoC) and mission-critical communication solutions, successfully hosted its first Distributor Conference in Brazil in partnership with 3R Network. The landmark event brought together key regional partners from across Brazil to explore new business opportunities, strengthen collaboration, and experience Inrico’s latest innovations designed for real-world operational environments.

The conference featured live system demonstrations and animated product presentations, providing attendees with hands-on insight into how Inrico’s solutions address the evolving needs of public safety, logistics, security, and commercial sectors.

AI Gateway Capability

Inrico delivered a live demonstration of its AI Gateway, highlighting advanced real-time behavior analysis, license plate recognition, and intelligent event detection. The system automatically generates alerts to the dispatch console, enabling operators to take timely, informed action. By processing data locally at the AI Gateway, the solution significantly reduces latency, enhances response efficiency, and ensures reliable performance in mission-critical scenarios.

Body-Worn Camera Solutions

Built on a security-first architecture, Inrico’s body-worn camera solution provides law enforcement agencies with a comprehensive digital ecosystem that supports seamless communications, coordinated operations, AI-driven analytics, and fully compliant evidence management. The platform continues to evolve with customer-driven features such as gun-draw detection, vehicle-exit-triggered recording, and automated workflows designed to improve frontline safety and operational efficiency.

Broadband–Narrowband Convergence Solutions

Inrico also showcased its broadband–narrowband convergence solution, enabling operators to preserve existing DMR and TETRA systems while progressively integrating broadband networks. This approach maximizes the value of current infrastructure, supports higher data throughput and richer applications, and allows organizations to expand capabilities without disrupting ongoing operations.

Industry-Specific Use Cases

  • A series of animated product videos further demonstrated how Inrico’s communication solutions solve practical challenges across multiple industries:

  • Logistics & Transportation Safety: Addressing the complexity of Brazil’s supply chain, Inrico presented an integrated communication solution for logistics operators. The TM-7 Plus mobile radio, featuring advanced video recording and real-time streaming to dispatch centers, enhances situational awareness and visual security for long-haul transportation. The S300Pro PoC radio, equipped with a professional scanner, streamlines cargo tracking and improves warehouse and sorting efficiency.

  • Private Security: For demanding private security operations, Inrico introduced the IRC100 hybrid RSM, offering rugged design and multi-mode connectivity to ensure rapid response and reliable coordination in high-risk environments.

  • Commercial & Retail Coordination: For shopping malls and retail hubs, the T640A was highlighted for its ultra-lightweight, portable design, enabling staff to remain connected without the burden of traditional devices, thereby improving operational efficiency and customer service.

“Brazil is a strategic, high-priority PoC market for Inrico, with the professional communication sector expected to grow at over 30% annually,” said Jack Pan, CEO of Inrico. “Supported by Brazil’s strong 4G and 5G infrastructure, our PoC ecosystem is uniquely positioned to modernize traditional radio systems. We are fully confident in the market’s potential and remain committed to increasing investment in technology, R&D, and localized support. By combining global resources with the expertise of local partners, we aim to deepen collaboration and create long-term shared value.”

Building on the success of the distributor conference, Inrico will continue to strengthen its partner ecosystem and expand localized deployments, setting new benchmarks for mission-critical and business-critical communications across Brazil and the wider South American region.
