The countdown to PMRExpo 2025 is on! The high number of exhibitor registrations for this year’s PMRExpo indicates that even more companies are expected to be represented compared to last year.

From the exhibition, the Connecting Area, and the PMRExpo Summit to the brand-new symposium “PMRExpo meets Wehrtechnik”, this year’s event brings together innovation, expertise, and collaboration across public safety, critical infrastructure, and industry.

With evolving security challenges in Europe, civil and military protection tasks are increasingly integrated, making interoperable communication solutions a top priority. This year’s PMRExpo highlights the importance of coordinated digital communication systems, showcasing innovations that support seamless collaboration between civil and military operations.

Over 260 national and international companies will showcase their latest products and solutions at PMRExpo 2025. The event will cover key technologies in secure communication, private 5G campus networks, critical infrastructures, and cybersecurity. The PMRExpo Summit offers three days packed with knowledge transfer and best practices. Renowned speakers and experts from critical infrastructures, public safety organizations, and control centers will provide valuable insights. At the heart of the agenda: the latest trends and developments in secure mission and business-critical communications.

Connecting Area, Hackathon & 5G Hub for Private Networks – Knowledge transfer and innovation

In 2025, exhibitors in the “5G Hub for Private Networks” will show how private 5G networks are transforming industry, logistics, security, and critical infrastructures. Visitors can explore real-world scenarios and innovations that boost efficiency, flexibility, and data security.

A specialised programme, “Private 5G Live – Solutions for Networked Security and Digital Sovereignty”, takes place on the first day at the Connecting Area, PMRExpo’s central networking platform, offering insights, knowledge exchange, and networking opportunities.

In parallel, the Hackathon @‌PMRExpo powered by Corevas, now in its third round, invites interdisciplinary teams to develop AI-supported solutions for crisis communication within 48 hours, demonstrating how innovative ideas become practical solutions.

The “PMRExpo meets Wehrtechnik” symposium, debuting in 2025, will foster dialogue between the German Armed Forces, public safety organizations, and the industry. The symposium will focus on the technical and regulatory aspects of drone operations and cybersecurity. This new format will provide valuable insights into the integration of military technologies into communication and infrastructure, addressing both national security concerns and emerging technological solutions.
