Radiocoms is proud to announce the promotion of Head of Engineering, Steve Kennedy to its board of Directors. This significant development comes as recognition of Steve’s instrumental role in the company’s growth over the past three years. Since joining Radiocoms, Steve has overseen the engineering team’s expansion from 14 to 33 employees, marking a period of unprecedented growth and development.

Mark Blythe, Managing Director, highlighted Steve’s exceptional leadership skills, particularly his ability to manage the engineering team effectively, retain key personnel, and recruit and train new talent. “Steve’s commitment to Radiocoms and his valuable contributions to broader business decisions made his promotion a clear choice. His presence on the board will undoubtedly strengthen our senior leadership team as we continue to expand.”

Steve shared his thoughts on the promotion, stating, “I am truly honoured to be joining the board of directors at Radiocoms.
